Run Laikka run!

I really find her so cute on this picture while running. She looks like a real runner and what's for the hands? or arms as in, in a running position! hehe. This place is a football plan just at the back of our apartment! When you stand there you can be seen from our terrace. So while I accompany my little girl while she was biking, her father was there at our terrace grilling meat for our dinner. When angelikka saw him up there, she ran as to show her father she can! So I took my celphone and got a good shot of her running!

Hmm.. this was one of those fine days!

Her friend's birthday party!

Yesterday even if I already felt so weak and with disturbing running nose but still we went to the party of Laikka's 5years old friend's birthday. Where she met some other friends too. She had fun but they also did a mess together with other children! She scratched the car parked nearby through stones, she said she draw something. Oh my goodness! We don't know yet if we have to pay because the owner has to bring it to the service and was angry.

They were just children but shame on us parents but its not easy to teach them. It takes time for them to learn not just once right? The owner has mistakes too, why they park thier car there where the children is playing. They parked in a wrong place, so I think they could not win if it will be a case.

It happens sometimes! Anyway, she met many new friends and she enjoyed the company!

New hair!

When I got home last night and when my Laikka met me at the door as she usually do, I keenly looked on her. There's something different on her look. After a few seconds, she told me that her grandmother (my husbands mama) cut her hair:)

Since, there was a PTA meeting yesterday so we leave Angelikka to her grandmother and because her hair already almost cover her eyes when not clipped so her grandma decided to cut her bangs and a few inch at the back. She look so funny heheh but she thought she became more cute and pretty! (sagdi lang na sya..aheheh) She is always cute in my eyes anyway!

Her Idol

She is blessed! Blessed with people around her that love her so much. One of those is her Aunt Mia, my husband's sister. Mia has two boys so she was very happy when we got a girl, so she can buy pink things she said.

So, Angelikka grows with Mia buying her pink dresses, pink girl things and accessories...sandals, shoes, toys... whatever and with occassion or no occassion as long as she saw and like pink things in the store, she'll buy it for laikka. Laikka, as she grows felt and knew about it! So she loves Mia to the extent that she wants to do what Mia is doing. She became her idol;) she will be very happy everytime Mia visits us and if we visit Mia.

I am so proud and happy about it! I wish she will be like Mia..beautiful inside and out! And so versatile! Mmmmwaah! love you both!

How could I forget!!!-Mommy Moments

I already posted my MM at Insights.. here are all about my little girl's treasured pictures!
Hmmm... I really took a picture on the day when we found out I was pregnant. It was an answered prayer.A double victory! I only had a 3 months tourist visa when I came here. We couldn't wait for so long waiting my permanent visa applied in Philippines so I re-applied as a tourist.We prayed that I will get pregnant before the 3months ends so my husband can have a strong reason to the Immigration not to let me go home because of the baby. So we were so happy, a great blessings in one; not only we're having a baby, this baby is an angel who saved us from being apart again supposedly. She is the reason, I was given a permanent visa. And to stay with my family as long as I live. heheh

And of course with her lola(grandmother and her 'popo' (greatgrandlola?) It was her precious time with my family in Philippines.
Oh..how I love to see these pics of her with her lolo (grandfather). They always together during our stay there. They play, they talk, they eat together. I am papa's girl myself now I love seeing my daughter with my dear papa;) (look closely laikka's feet on my father's lap;) cute!

A Day Out before the summer ends

Finally she reach the goal..aheheh, in a football arena! It was late sunny afternoon, the sun still there but no longer angry:) Angelikka want to go out to ride her bicycle. Our place is a football plan at the back! Its so good for us to just take a walk and for angelikka to ride her bike. She enjoy it when we let her bike.

On the way, she picks flower and find it funny when I inserted it on her ears;) She thinks she became more pretty with those flower..heheh. Just exactly we reach on the plan the football players starts going home so she asks me if we can go even up to the goal in the middle! Eventhough it was so hard for her to pedal still she was very happy to reach the goal!

What a beautiful day she had!

As much as she wants to pose in the camera, she also wants to take pictures:) Most of our pictures as couple were taken by Laikka specially when we're out just the three of us:) She feels so proud of herself that she can already. I am so happy about this because we already can have picture together with my husband as long as we wants it. She's always willing to do it and become happy.

When we were on vacation to Denmark by boat, and we happened to check thier store onboard, there were so many different kind of toys but all she picked and wanted it so badly was the hello kitty toycamera;) And she clicked all the time..hahah. Hmmm. maybe she's just like me!

Wearing hats on Mommy Moments

Todays Mommy Moments is about something on the head..yes hat,hat, hot! Well, Angelikka has so many on it! Its just hard to find in my computer..anyway, here are some;)


This is her first bathing suit,,heheh, she thought its a hat, aheheh!



She always wants Willy the Pooh, so this WtheP hat was her favorite, and now that ist already too small for her, she still keep it;) she don't want to give it like the others;)

Wacky Smiles;)

Hahaha, it begins when my grandfather, Laikka's greatgrandfather in pinas, tried to let her smile in cebuano way 'pahiyom sa da'ga bi' and she seems understood it cause she right away did that wacky smile;) And today? everytime, I want to take picture of her and when I say smile, thats the smile she always give. She's cute with it anyway so no probs:)

I just wonder until how long she will do that. I hope she can still understand 'pahiyom sa dalaga' aheheh, the time we can visit again to my homeland Pilipinas! I already uses the word 'smile' to her. She can in any way understand bisaya by commands but she cannot talk;) But in fairness she has few words like, 'init', tiyan, baho,' hahha and some more.

Inside

Gennie in the box este, Laikka in the box! She was so tired that afternoon but she was so restless on her bed (soffa) she can't sleep or don't want to sleep. I heard her just talking alone and seems she was busy on something, so I just let her be.

But in a little while I heard silence!!! And if thats the case it must be something. She might did something crazy I thought so I run on the sala and found here lying inside the cartoon and half sleep. I blurted out! " What are you doing there gumman, Are you sleeping?" She just look at me and gave me the usual sweetest smile a mother can have! Oh, what a mind she has. I remember, when we were moving out and while packing and emptying our cabinets, she also went inside our old bookshelf:)

She find it funny and enjoyable..maybe;) Or what you think?

Witty gurl

As I said that Angelikka already brush her teeth alone. Last night, before going to bed, she brush her teeth in the bathroom while we were busy outside. We just let her and anyway it seems everything went normal cause she did what she usually do after brushing , wash her face and wipe her hands then went to bed and sleep.

When its the time also for us to sleep, my husband went to the CR to brush his teeth but he suddenly called with a funny, small laugh sounds and want me to come and look what he found! Hahaha! What Laikka did to her toothbrush??? The picture can explain more! This really gave both of us gladness! We wonder what she think about it! hahahah! She is witty!
