What's with your head scratching Angelikka?

Weee.. my daughter have lice! ewww! I wonder this past few weeks, she's been scratching her head! I just thought it was because of the winter hat she's now using and that she don't like it so much on her! But then until when sleeping she's scratching so much! Even if we took her a bath everyday. I did'nt think that it could be lice disturbing her hair or head because I thought lice attacks during summer not in winter.

But then yesterday because her scratching already gets worser, his father checked her head and saw something white on her hairstraw, he don't know that those were lice' eggs( or lusa) hehe, so, he get his telescope to see if its really an egg, I was not there when he checked.
So when I a
rrived, he let me checked it and told him its lice eggs. Wew! Right away today he bought a fine comb to see if there are lice! Waaaaaa... my hair stands because from one louse we got, we stopped with 14 pcs. of lice! Angelikka really wonder and hate them and said; "De är dumma, de åt mig" heheh. Oh poor little one! she got it from her school! With co-children, because when we checked our hairs too, there were nothing.
Hope she can sleep good this time! And those lice will be gone forever!!!huhuhu!

I miss my little darling!!!

When I woke up this morning, I felt empty and so quite! Huhuhu, I can hardly slept last night because my baby was not here with us! Since we were at the Ice hockey game at Ullevi, the record-audience match last night so my husband's sister took care of Laikka and since their place is a little far from us and it was already late, she decided to try and let angelikka sleep over there with them. So, it went well anyway. I never saw her the whole day because she was sent directly to her school from my SIL's place then i went to wrk and feeling empty! Missing so much my little darling!

At 4pm, her father pick her up from school and according to my husband, Laikka really run to him with a shout.."Papa"! and hug him so tight! oh! how lucky my husband is! hehe. Anyway, when I knew she is already with him I called and talk to her in the phone! So happy she was to hear my voice and asked, "where are you? lets go home now!" heheh, she said; now I finally home mama! hahah, oh she's so adorable! When I explained her everything and when we say goodbye at the phone she said; " Mama, försiktigt" (mama, takecare!) Oh, gikomot ako kasingkasing oi! hehe. Now she's home and all we did were hugging and kissing!

The young artist!!!

She actually is so blessed having relatives and friends who love to give her many things! One of her gifts last Christmas is from her aunt Mia and the kids, (her cousins) which is a painting set! It includes a standboard which have a white board at one side and a chalk board at the other side. Then a painting dress to protect from messes, chalks with different color for the chalkboard, pens for white board, a 10meter roll of painting paper and 4colors safety paint.

I think this is perfect for a girl like her who easily get tired of doing one thing, she'd like to hop in from one toy to the other, on this painting material, she can use the white board for drawing and when get tired, she goes to chalkboard and then into painting using her finger..hehe! she thinks this is funnier!

Thanks again for the donors!!! Ahhahaha!
Happy New Year!

Her best time every Christmas!

Its just but normal for children that their best time every christmas gatherings or party would be the giving of gifts! Angelikka now that she is 3 yrs. old already understand whats going on on those wrapped boxes under the christmas tree.

We celebrated our Christmas as usual on my husband's family as in its already a tradition and this time it was on his uncle house! Weee.. there were so many gifts and the Lindgrens have just few children... only 5 were there including Laikka but the gifts were so much! I knew that only children are expected to recieve gifts and children knew it too! So while we were still bonding chatting and eating, the children already tried to look their names on gifts and counted how many belongs to them! They are just adorably funny kids!

When the time has come when Santa suppose will come and be the one to give the gifts, so sorry because my MIL forgot the Santa costume at home so they choose the eldest child to distribute anyway. My girl was so behave waiting her gifts and listening instructions!
HERE ARE SOME HIGHLIGHTS ON WHAT HAD HAPPEN;

Angelikka just sit and wait and file her gifts first as instructed. She was a little bored while waiting because there were really many gifts to read and give!

Finally, over and she was very happy and atlast they can open their gifts this time! Everyone has to be responsible in opening their own gifts received!

While her cousins were busy opening their presents, Laikka also did so well. She find it fun and interesting everytime she open gifts and don't need help anymore! wahehe!
She receives fine gifts and educational!!! Thanks to all!

Decorating the Christmas Tree!!!

As I mentioned on my last post that finally I got my christmas tree wish and the perfect size that I really wanted. So last night we decorate it and as usual the little girl did not sleep until we were finished. And weee.. its done and I think its beautiful! I can see my daughter really enjoyed it! I'm happy so somehow it will lingers on in her young mind that once a year there's special holiday we have to celebrate!

She and her farmor put on more balls on the tree today so it went so good..hheeh! She was so proud telling her grandmother how she helped me last night;) So, this is how it looks now;

Merry Christmas everyone! May the Lord will bless us all as we celebrate this holiday season!!!

Snow are White!

Still snowing today and the more little Laikka wants to go out to play with the snow. We don't have so much snow here on December as much as this time so Angelikka really think its fun by just walking into it! Even if there's a way for the goers wherein snow were sets aside so we can walk little better, my girl really get into the place where lots of snow, (few inches from the ground;) And because she already knows colors, she told me, "Mama, look!! snow are white" aheheh.

We were late this morning because it took us almost 45 minutes to get there to her daycare center while it can be only 5-10minutes walk. But because she wanted to play on the way, I just let her and there was no problem on the teachers as well. They also let other children went out and play! Well, atleast kids here have good time on these cold snowy days;)
Have a merry white christmas everyone!

At one year old... she was just so amazed and a little afraid but enjoyed the time! She was just so cute heheh.. love my own!

When she was 2 years old, she already found out what more she can do there aside from just looking those santas but there's a post there that when you touch, santas will talk..like hohoho..haloo there!;)

Birthday Gift Extension

Angelikka just recieved another precious gift from my friend here in Sweden but they live outside Gothenburg.., about 2hours drive to them so they cannot be able to attend any gatherings like birthdays here. Actually it was given in advance but we received it late due to the busy life. I mean she has a sister here near us and she already gave the gift through her sister but we had no time to meet and get the gift just last friday;)

It's so cute and so useful for angelikka's small precious things! Its actually so perfect because I already have something where I can put Laikka's necklaces and blinge while now that she cannot use it yet! Their preschool don't allow it;) Angelikka then can wear sometimes when we have parties to attend;) Anyway, Thank you GEMMA dear and hugs to your little Esther too! See you soon;)

The Light has come!!!

Every 3rd advent, Swedish people celebrates LUCIA. There are so many stories about the origin of it but one explanation I like when I research about its history. That; It means " The light has come". Light in swedish is ljus (pronounce as 'lyus') so to make it a name as to portray nowadays, thus the name Lucia.

Schools usually celebrates it on school days in that 3rdweek but Angelikka's daycare celebrates exactly today when its really the LUCIA day. Children has to wear a lucia dress, white with a red band on the waist. Then a little glittering accessory on the head, bigger ones wear electronic candles like a crown as to emphasize LIGHT!
Angelikka had fun;) And I was so thrilled seeing my little darling performing one of the activities in school! good feelings:) Have a lucky week ahead everyone!
