HAPPY BIRTHDAY PAPPA!!

Another prosperous year for the love of our lives, the only man in the house:) Today is the birthday of Angelikka's papa and we are so grateful for the another year God given him.
There will be no big party this time, coz it falls on monday and its working time. We just planned to eat dinner at the restaurant later after his work , just a family treat.

Angelikka is a Pappa's girl! They're buddy!

Can't think of a gift to give yet:) Well, maybe my two princesses would be enough..hehe!

Flower Girl!

During my brother's wedding Laikka was one of the flower girl among four beautiful girls. Since she was not used to it and no idea about it, sh'e was last to walk or I was the one letting her to be the last so she can follow what the other girls will be doing. I just instructed her to cast the flowers in the basket to the hallway. It was her first time to be a flower girl. She was so excited! I was so excited!

Before the ceremony starts, you can see her gladness:)

But then, the other girls ahead of her did not throw or spread the flowers. She was waiting and wondering and became angry and shouted.." mamma, they did not cast out the flowers" with a nearly cried voice. She just stand there stund and pissed. The people were waiting so I run unto her and escorted her and told her to cast her flowers anyway. She was so mad and sad:)

There's always happenings in every first time:) As you can see her face she's not happy! heheh! But it was great anyway, and I'm so proud of her! It was just a short emotion because her expectation did not happened. But after that, she was again excited and happy together with other girls, her cousins.

'New Family Photo' on Mommy Moments!!

Here I am again on Mommy Moments:) Its so exciting because the topic is new family picture. I am excited because our family has already additional this time. So, we're not just 3 but 4 already in the family. And am so excited to share it! It's like presenting the new member of the family:)

During our vacation in Philippines..we've been island hopping in Palawan.

This was taken during new years eve. This is our first family picture in the year 2011.

LARA ERIKA

From the start, we had an agreement with my husband about names on our children. If its a girl there should be LARA on the first name for the fact that my husband's name starts with LARS. Then if it's a boy there should be JAN on his name which obviously from my name JANET. So Laikka's full name is LARA ANGELIKKA .

The same how we got Laikka's name..it was when she's already born, we do the same with our second child, we didn't prepared a name, we tried but hard. So when we knew it was a girl so unfortunately it will start with LARA again and my name will be out of the picture...hahhah! Anyway, she is called LARA ERIKA. My husband's father also called Lars and my father is Ricardo does where 'rika' from and just made the 'c' to 'k' to blend with Angelikka. And we call her 'Lerra' as her nick name:) Now I have two jewels Laikka and Lerra:)

By the way, Laikka like the name Erika:)

Bigger, Smarter and Lovlier!!!

Yes! as a mother who got a child in a good age cannot imagine the feeling having already a big and lovely daughter after all:) Oh well she's only 4 but everytime I look at her and doing things that shows maturity I cannot help it but smile. Oh! yes, I already have a big girl and soon time flies I will already have a teenager. I'm so excited about their growth:) Specially now that I have another baby girl. I have more time to take care of them and be with them every day! And so somehow I can really see how they grow in all aspects of their lives:)

I'm so proud of Laikka nowadays. She already done things that shows growing up! And she grow smarter and prettier. I can't imagine until this time that I can have a daughter as pretty as she is.hehe! Well, every mother looks their child as the prettiest of all anyway, so I'm just the same mom as the others:) ahhh! she's still a child yes but she's already 'big' you know!!! :) in my eyes! mwaah!

BIG SISTER LAIKKA!

Yes! big sister she become! I remember when I was still pregnant with this second one, Laikka call it little brother in my tummy. But then when she knew after the delivery that its a girl, her happiness was beyond description! She was with my mother in law while I was still in the hospital and my mother in law said, Laikka jump, hop and shouted..its a baby sister!! a baby sister! She was so happy.

She's been a good 'ate' and so sweet to her little sister on the first month of having them two already in the family. She wants to carry her little sister and will not get away from her. But then as the days passes by, she already feels the difference. She already started to demand her time with us and attention. And that is going on until this present.

Oh I know its normal..,it will soon come to pass. I know and I can see she love the little one so dearly:) And even if she's already a big sister, she's still a child after all! So I understand!

I always telling her that I am so proud of her and that we will always be here for her, for them!

Oh how I love them so dearly!:)
